Acceptable Use Policy

The short version

LobbyVideo is for fun Hotel Lobby AI videos of you, your friends, people who agreed, and pets. Only upload photos you have the right to use, never of children, and never to embarrass, deceive or harm someone.

Who you may upload

• Yourself.
• Adults who gave you permission to put them in an AI video.
• Animals.

Every time you generate, you confirm that the photos are yours or that everyone shown agreed, and that no one shown is under 18.

Prohibited content

You must not use LobbyVideo to create, upload or share:

1. Sexual or nude content. No nudity, sexual acts, sexualised poses or suggestive content, including of adults who agreed.
2. Violence and gore. No graphic violence, injury, blood, weapons used to threaten, or content that glorifies violence or self-harm.
3. Hate and harassment. No content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, and no bullying, threats or humiliation of a real person.
4. Anything involving minors. No photos of anyone under 18, for any purpose. Content that sexualises or endangers children is reported to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation. No photos of celebrities, politicians, public figures or any real person without their consent; no videos meant to mislead people into thinking a real event happened or that a real person said or did something; no impersonating LobbyVideo, Migos or any brand.
6. Infringement. No photos or content you do not have the rights to, including other people’s copyrighted images, trademarks or logos used to imply endorsement.

You also must not use LobbyVideo for scams, fraud, spam, political campaigning or anything illegal where you live.

How we enforce it

• Fixed prompts. You cannot write prompts, so the scene is always the Hotel Lobby performance.
• Automatic photo check. Before any credits are used, each photo is screened with Google Gemini Flash (via KIE AI). Photos that show more or fewer than one subject, a likely minor, nudity or a likely public figure are rejected.
• AI labels. Videos are labelled AI generated on the site and in the download filename. Do not remove the label to present a video as real footage.
• Reports. Anyone can report content; see Report content.
• Daily limits and bot protection to stop automated abuse.

Penalties

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:

• remove the content;
• warn you;
• suspend your account temporarily;
• close your account permanently without refunding credits used for violating content;
• report illegal content, especially anything involving children, to law enforcement.

Repeated or severe violations always lead to a permanent ban.
