Report Content

How to report

Email support@lobbyvideo.com with the subject “Content report”. Please include:

• a link to the video, or where you saw it (for example a TikTok link and the account that posted it);
• what is wrong: for example, it uses your image without consent, shows a minor, is sexual, violent or hateful, or infringes your rights;
• if it is about you, how we can confirm it is you (for example a photo or a link to your public profile);
• your contact email.

You do not need a LobbyVideo account to report.

What happens next

1. We confirm we received your report within 48 hours.
2. We review it. If the content was made on LobbyVideo and breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, we delete the video and the source photos from our storage and take action on the account that made it.
3. We tell you what we did.

Reports about minors or non-consensual intimate content are handled first.

Content posted on other platforms

We can delete files stored on LobbyVideo, but we cannot remove copies that someone downloaded and posted elsewhere. For those, also report the post directly to the platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X). We will give you any information that helps, where the law allows.

Copyright and trademark complaints

If you believe content on LobbyVideo infringes your copyright or trademark, use the same address and subject “Content report”, and include the work you own, where it appears on our site, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

Emergencies

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
