Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

LobbyVideo (lobbyvideo.com, “LobbyVideo”, “we”, “us”) is an online tool that turns two photos into a short AI-generated video in the style of the “Hotel Lobby” trend. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply whenever you visit the site, create an account, buy credits or generate a video. By using LobbyVideo you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LobbyVideo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, Offset, COLORS, TikTok, CapCut, Wondershare or any AI model provider. All names are used only to describe the trend.

2. The service

• You upload two photos (one for the left position, one for the right), choose a stage (Orange Booth, Red Lobby or Pet Duo), a quality, a duration and an aspect ratio, and we generate a video of about 10 or 15 seconds.
• You cannot write or edit the text prompt. Each stage uses a fixed prompt written by us.
• Before a video is generated, each photo is checked automatically. Photos that show more or fewer than one subject, a likely minor, nudity or a likely public figure are rejected and no credits are used.
• Generation usually takes 3–15 minutes but can take longer when the model queue is busy.
• Results are produced by AI and can vary. We do not guarantee that a video will look a particular way, match your photos perfectly or be free of visual errors.
• Every video is AI generated, labelled as such on the site and in the download filename.

3. AI models used

To provide the service we send your photos and our fixed prompt to third-party AI providers:

• Video generation: Wan 3.0 video model (Alibaba), accessed through KIE AI (kie.ai).
• Photo check: Google Gemini Flash, accessed through KIE AI, to screen uploads before generation.

We will update this section if we change models. We are not the developer of these models and do not use their logos or brands to market LobbyVideo.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy credits. You are responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to get around limits.

5. Credits, pricing and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits. A Standard video (480p, 10 seconds) uses 10 credits; Pro (720p, 10 seconds) uses 20 credits; 15-second videos use 1.5× the credits. The exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you confirm.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs: Starter $9.90 for 20 credits, Popular $19.90 for 60 credits and Creator $49.90 for 200 credits (prices in US dollars). Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and never renew automatically.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Credits are reserved when a video is submitted. If generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner Waffo, which may act as the merchant of record and may appear on your statement. We do not see or store your full card details.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Changes never affect credits you already bought.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Failed renders are refunded in credits automatically. Details are in the Refund Policy. Because packs are one-time purchases, there is nothing to cancel.

7. Your content and permissions

• You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them, and to send them to the AI providers listed above, only to provide the service.
• You confirm, by ticking the consent box, that the photos are of you or that you have permission from every person shown, and that no one shown is under 18.
• Subject to these Terms and the providers’ terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use and share them.
• Our videos include an original AI-generated beat. They do not include the original “Hotel Lobby” song or footage. If you add music when posting, you are responsible for using it under the platform’s licence.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not create sexual content, violent or gory content, hate or harassment, content involving minors, deepfakes or impersonation of real people without consent, or content that infringes others’ rights. You may not try to bypass the photo check, scrape the service or attack our systems.

9. Suspension and termination

We may remove content, suspend or close an account, and refuse refunds of credits used, if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if the law requires it. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent bans. You can stop using LobbyVideo and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@lobbyvideo.com.

10. Reporting content

If you see content made with LobbyVideo that uses your image without consent or breaks our rules, see Report content.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell signed-in users on the site. Continuing to use LobbyVideo after a change means you accept the new Terms.
