Privacy Policy

Summary

LobbyVideo (lobbyvideo.com) turns two photos into a short AI video. To do that we need your account details, the photos you upload and the videos we generate. We send photos to our AI providers only to make your video, we do not sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time at support@lobbyvideo.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and sign-in records (we use email and password sign-in).
• Uploaded photos: the two photos you upload for each video and which side each is on.
• Generated videos: the videos we create for you, and task records (status, timestamps, settings such as stage, quality and duration, and error messages).
• Purchase data: what you bought, amount, currency and order status. Card details are handled by our payment partner and never reach us.
• Abuse prevention: IP address and Cloudflare Turnstile verification results, used to block bots and enforce daily limits.
• Analytics: pages viewed and anonymous product events (for example “generate clicked” or “checkout started”) through Umami and Google Analytics. We do not send your name, email or user ID to analytics tools.
• Support: messages you send to support@lobbyvideo.com.

How we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and show your videos.
• To check your photos and generate your video.
• To process payments, add credits and handle refunds.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
• To understand which parts of the site work, in aggregate, and improve them.
• To answer support requests and content reports.

AI providers

Your photos are sent to these providers only to generate your video:

• KIE AI (kie.ai), which runs the Wan 3.0 video model (Alibaba) for generation and Google Gemini Flash for the automatic photo check. KIE AI keeps generated files for a limited time (about 14 days) on its side; we copy finished videos to our own storage as soon as they are ready.

We do not allow our providers to use your photos to train models where we can control this setting, and we do not use your photos to train models ourselves.

Other services we use

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage (R2) and Turnstile bot protection.
• Waffo: payment processing and, where applicable, merchant of record.
• Umami and Google Analytics: anonymous usage analytics.
• Email provider: to send account emails such as password resets.

Each service processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose above.

How your photos and videos are stored

Photos and videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served from media.lobbyvideo.com through long, hard-to-guess links. Anyone who has a link can open that file, so do not share links you want to keep private, and do not upload sensitive photos. Your task history is only shown to your account.

We keep your photos and videos while your account is active so you can download them again. You can ask us to delete specific videos, your photos or your whole account by emailing support@lobbyvideo.com; we complete deletion within 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and local browser storage to remember your latest task and, if you sign in mid-way, the two photos you picked. Analytics cookies are described in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email support@lobbyvideo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

LobbyVideo is for adults 18 and over. Photos of minors are rejected by the photo check and are not allowed under our rules. If you believe a minor’s image was uploaded, report it and we will remove it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices or providers change, and change the date at the top.
